Learn how to create dementia-friendly celebrations during a webinar hosted by the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) on Tuesday, November 9, 2021. The free, one-hour event begins at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Pacific).

The speaker will be Laurel Gumpert, MPH, Educational Program Coordinator with the AFA. Moderator will be Kara Rogers, LMSW, Senior Social Worker with the AFA.

This webinar will offer inclusive activity ideas for everyone to make this holiday season a joyful one, including persons affected by dementia. Being adaptable and building an inclusive environment are key to creating dementia-friendly holidays and celebrations.
