Whatever the reason for your lack of enough quality sleep, learn tips to make the environment and your mind ready for a good night's sleep during the free webinar “Getting Better Sleep as a Caregiver” with Janet Edmunson, M.Ed. on Tuesday, September 29, 2020. The webinar begins at 7 p.m. Eastern, 4 p.m. Pacific.

This presentation is for family and professional caregivers. It will be approximately 30-40 minutes long. If you cannot attend the webinar live, a recording will be shared with those who register.

Janet serves as president of JME Insights and is a trainer, motivational speaker, consultant, writer, and health promotion professional who is dedicated to using her life experiences and inner values to support the growth and self-esteem of the people her life touches.

She has more than 30 years of experience in the health promotion field. Her speaking experience has included keynotes and workshops for various caregiver and disease-oriented conferences. Janet is the immediate past chair of the Board of Directors for CurePSP.

While working full-time as director of the Prevention & Wellness at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Janet took care of her husband, Charles, during the five years he fought corticobasal degeneration (CBD), a degenerative neurological movement disorder with dementia which she wrote about in her book, "Finding Meaning with Charles."  Janet has a Master’s degree from Georgia State University.
