People may worry over little things that happen daily such as “How are we going to get everything done tomorrow before the doctor's appointment?” People also may worry over big things such as “When will my loved-one need total care?” or “Will I have PTSD once my loved one dies?”

This webinar will explore worry and offer ways to reduce it.
