The FTD Disorders Registry provides free printed brochures for healthcare professionals and research teams to share with patients and families. These brochures explain what the Registry is, who can join, and how participation contributes to research and future treatments.

Brochures are for any provider seeing patients with symptoms of FTD, including:

Neurology and memory clinics

Primary Care physicians

Genetics providers

Speech-language pathologists

Physical therapists

Multidisciplinary FTD care teams

Research coordinators

Families can register on their own at home. No referral is needed. Your outreach helps raise awareness, builds engagement, and empowers families to take part in research.
