CurePSP and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital will host a Caregiver Retreat on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, Dallas. Sessions will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Lunch is included in the retreat cost.

Fee is $15 after April 1, 2019. Refunds may be made up to 1 day before the event.

This retreat includes various speakers with expertise on self-care, stress management, nutrition, and more. These experts address issues related to day-to-day life including the best ways to manage your health and wellness, the impact to your daily lives, and how to cultivate perspective of meaning and joy despite struggles. All caregivers of adults with neurodegenerative diseases are welcome to attend.

Complimentary on-site chair massages will be available by professional massage therapist Debbie Coleman.

In addition to the tips, tricks, and techniques learned during the sessions, care partners learn that they are not alone in their struggle, leaving the event with new-found friends.
